If you are being called into the police station for questioning, you will likely be highly emotional and could be feeling overwhelmed by the situation. It is imperative that you think clearly enough to call us at any time, wherever you are in the UK, and our criminal solicitor will be with you at the police station. During questioning, our solicitor will ensure that all processes are being followed by the police and will advise you on the questions being asked, taking some of the pressure off your shoulders. Going to court

In the first instance, your case will go to the Magistrates’ Court. If it is a minor offence, it will be dealt with here, and we will represent you. However, if the crime you are accused of is beyond the Magistrates’ judicial power, your case will be referred by them to the Crown Court.
