Damini is a qualified solicitor working in our Magistrates and Crown Court Team.
She completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
Damini joined the firm in 2018, as a paralegal in our Fraud and Financial Crime Team working on high-profile investigations brought by the Serious Fraud Office, Financial Conduct Authority and National Crime Agency.
Having obtained the Police Station Accreditation qualification, Damini went on to complete her training contract at the firm. She attends Police Stations and Magistrates’ Courts on a regular basis representing clients on a wide range of allegations. She has extensive experience in dealing with complex issues and vulnerable clients. Damini also litigates Crown Court cases relating to serious assaults, drugs, serious violence, robbery and firearm offences.
Damini also speaks fluent Gujarati.
