ABV Partner Rishi Verma represented Christopher Trybus who was today acquitted of the manslaughter of his wife who took her own life in 2017. Mr Trybus was also acquitted of two counts of rape and coercive and controlling behaviour.
These acquittals followed a seven week trial at Winchester Crown Court before Mr Justice Linden.
Counsel instructed were Katy Thorne KC and Omran Belhadi both of Doughty Street Chambers.
