Miren brings a wealth of experience to the ABV Team having represented clients in a broad range of cases over the years including but not limited to the following:

• Terrorism
• Serious violence (including murder)
• Sexual assaults
• Firearms offences
• Serious fraud
• Drug supply and other conspiracy cases
• Less serious summary only offences including motoring offences.

He is an experienced police accredited representative, trial advocate, and a litigator; therefore, he can prepare a case from an early stage. He is regularly instructed as an advocate representing clients on a range of hearings including trials before the Magistrates Court and the Youth Court. He also prepares serious and more complex crown court matters.

Miren is meticulous in his approach and will get to the crux of the case whilst leaving no stone unturned ensuring that his clients’ defence is put forward in the most effective way whether during trial or whilst negotiating with the Prosecution. This approach has led to some of his cases being discontinued or even resulted in successful acquittals.

Over the years he has built up his client base through personal recommendations through his clients and by other professionals. He is known for providing no nonsense, straight talking advice whilst at the same time very popular with clients due to his exceptional client care and even more so the excellent results he produces.
