Emma is a qualified solicitor and represents clients facing the full range of criminal allegations at the Police Station and the Magistrate and Youth Courts. She also has experience of appearing as an Advocate in the Crown Court.

She has built a strong practice specialising in all areas of law including offences of a serious nature,

She is noted for her patient and persuasive manner, particularly when it comes to dealing with vulnerable clients, including young people.

Having joined ABV Solicitors in 2019, Emma has gained considerable experience in case preparation including, drugs offences, modern slavery, serious violence offences and driving matters.

She also prosecutes on behalf of the RSCPA.
