Sayjel qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and is an active member of our Magistrates Court team. You will most likely see Sayjel in the police stations of West London, taking client instructions and giving advice to those who are most in need of it. Sayjel is part of the Duty Solicitor Scheme, which involves regular attendances to clients facing criminal allegations at police stations. If you are taken into custody, Sayjel will be on hand to give you expert legal advice and will ensure that your client needs are met to the highest of standards.
Sayjel initially joined ABV as a consultant in 2012 and prior to this she worked for a large legal firm based in Buckinghamshire. Sayjel completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster in 1999. Sayjel is competent in her ability to defend anyone against any criminal proceedings and this is evident by her quick thinking and impeccable client facing demeanour.
The work life balance here at ABV has enabled Sayjel to explore other interests within the legal world and is now an active member of the London Criminal Court Solicitors’ Association (LCCSA).
Sayjel can also speak Gujarati.
