Hanisha has specialised exclusively in criminal defence work since 2003, qualifying as a solicitor in 2007.

Hanisha has particular experience in preparing serious and complex Crown Court cases. She has represented many Clients charged with serious offences of gang violence and drugs.

Her detailed, comprehensive approach and friendly manner combines well to place clients at ease in the knowledge that their case is being thoroughly prepared.

Operation Accolade – Reading Crown Court 2015

Investigation concerns the Defendant being closely linked with serious and organised criminality in the Thames Valley, Hampshire and Surrey areas. Based on the Defendants associations with convicted criminals both by surveillance and cell site, allegations are made that he has laundered vast sums of proceeds of crime through numerous bank accounts. The case is linked to R v A and Operation Quaker.
