24 Hour Police Station Service
Everybody detained at a Police Station is entitled to be represented by a lawyer free of charge. This service is funded by the Legal Services Commission.

What you say or do at the Police Station can have a profound impact on the future outcome of your case. It is therefore important that you are represented by an expert who will defend and protect your position and who will advise both prior to and during your interview so that you are able to make the appropriate decisions to achieve the best outcome.

Representation in the Magistrates Court
All Criminal Cases from minor Road Traffic Offences to serious Criminal allegations start in the Magistrates Court. Our team of experienced advocates represent clients facing the full range of criminal cases before the Magistrates and Youth Courts.

You may be entitled to legal aid (see below) or alternatively we provide competitive private rates.

Representation in the Crown Court
Cases which are transferred to the Crown Court for trial or sentence will be prepared by our specialist Crown Court department and expert Crown Court advocates will be instructed to represent you.

Your case will be meticulously prepared with our skills and resources. We have strong links with leading Barristers Chambers and are able to call upon the expertise of the finest Barristers and Higher Court Advocates to ensure that your defence is put forward comprehensively and persuasively.

Other Tribunals

Private Funding
Due to the constraints of and limited eligibility for legal aid, a growing number of clients pay for the legal advice and representation that we provide to them.

We will provide an estimate of our fees which will be tailored to the requirements of your case. We will keep you informed of the costs of your case and notify you immediately should there be a need to revise the estimate of our fees.

We offer a number of options for payment including staggered payments and credit card payments.
